Vegan Run (Pacifist)
The Vegan Run is a hardcore challenge where you win without dealing direct damage. It unlocks the special Vegan starting genetic.
Strategy
Shift entirely to survival, evasive positioning, and ecosystem manipulation. You rely on scavenging and plant life instead of kills.
Key Evolutions
- Scavenger — mandatory; boosts progress from meat you didn’t kill
- Speed traits and stamina utility
- Defensive mobility (dashes, evasion)
Avoidance Tactics
Master perpendicular dodging to avoid telegraphed attacks. Use environmental hazards and other predators to defeat bosses for you.
Common Mistakes
- Accidentally taking passive damage auras/retaliation spikes
- Burning stamina with over‑dashing
- Entering Snow/Desert without thermal adaptations
