Some of the changes I've noticed since starting Renew are hard to describe precisely. They're more a sense of steadiness than anything specific. I'm aware that this kind of feedback isn't easily measurable, but I've come to value subjective experience anyway. If something feels right and sustainable, that's worth something even without a chart. I'd rather have quiet consistency than a measurable but unpleasant change.
